1) Domestic & International Shipments Delay due to COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, most of the countries has implemented additional border controls and movement controls. As a result, airlines reduced the international services, which causing reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to worldwide destinations. Besides, most of the International Postal & Parcel Services are suspended/ restricted.

+ 2 Aug 2020 Update: Pos Malaysia Temporary Suspends International Deliveries effective 3 Aug 2020.
Pos Malaysia has issued a statement that its international mail, parcel and express mail service (EMS) to all international destinations, except Singapore, will be suspended until further notice.
This suspension will impact our shipping and delivery to our Malaysia Customers as we usually ship directly to our Malaysia customers directly from the Studio/ Distributor in China.
