All Shipments will be resumed after 10 Feb 2022 due to long holidays in China.

 Due to the celebration of long festive seasons (Chinese Lunar New Year) in China, there will be no arrangement of shipment to be made possible.

1) How would I know if my Order is affected?

If you paid for your Shipping Fee after 21 Jan 2022, the shipment for your Order will only be processed from 10 Feb 2022.

If your shipment is currently on its way to the destination country, your shipment is not affected.


2) What is the reason for the delays in shipment arrangement?

It was due to the celebration of long festive season (Chinese Lunar New Year) in China. The Studios, Shipping Companies and Couriers will halt their operations until the celebration is ended. The shipment arrangements will be gradually resume once the festive celebration is over.
